Refund & Return Policy

At Roses Canada, all of our bouquets and floral arrangements are made fresh to order using perishable products. Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.

If you experience an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the arrangement to review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order cancellations may be accepted if requested before the flowers have been prepared. Once production has begun, deposits and payments are non-refundable.
