Shipping & Delivery Policy

Roses Canada offers local delivery within select areas of British Columbia and pickup by appointment.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Roses Canada is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Because all bouquets are prepared fresh to order, advance notice is required for most orders. Same-day delivery may be available depending on product availability and schedule capacity.

Full payment may be required for delivery orders.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the flowers transfers to the recipient.
